ECRAI™ professionals use their detailed knowledge of the client's financial state of affairs combined with up-to-date expertise to efficiently advise on financial strategy and related issues. We also provide services to companies and investors wishing to enter or broaden their exposure to the markets we are active in.
Public Finance Advisory
ECRAI™ has extensive experience in working with public, semi-public and sovereign institutions in the region. We specialise in Transitional Economies and have developed a number of strategies for these. We have been closely involved in shaping market-oriented reforms in a number of countries in the region.
Apart from macro-economic and specific ratings advisory services we have advised public institutions on innovative and efficient ways to raise finance, debt restructuring as well as liability and asset management issues. Privatisation advisory and related independent asset valuation has been a particular focus for ECRAI™.
